Ingredients
- 1 pt. blueberries
- 1 can Eagle condensed milk
- 2 t. grated lemon rind
- 3/4 C + 2 T. cold butter
- 2 C. bisquick
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1/2 C. chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Combine blueberries and condensed milk and lemon rind in bow. In another bow, combine 3/4 C. Margarine or butter, 1 1/2 C. Bisquick; "cut" it together until crumbly. Stir in blueberry mixture. spred in 9X9 inch baking pan. Combine 1/2 C Bisquick & brown sugar & 2 T. butter & nuts until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of blueberry mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hr to 1 hr. 10 minutes.
