Cream of Potato Soup

  • 6 c diced potato
  • 4 celery stalks minced
  • 1/2 minced onion
  • 2 c water
  • 2 T chicken boullion powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 c milk
  • 6 T Flour
  • 6 T butter



Step 1

bring potato,celery,onion,water,salt pepper,and boullion to a boil. cook 15 minutes.
Melt butter in sauce pan. whisk in flour and slowly add 1/2 c milk. cook 1 minute. add to soup mixture. Stir in rest of milk (3.5 cups).Stir constantly until boils reduce heat and simmer.
