- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 16-oz can black beans
- 1 16-oz can kidney beans
- 1 16-oz can corn (drained)
- 1 8-oz can tomato sauce
- 2 14.5-oz cans diced tomatoes w/chilies
- 1 1.25-oz packet taco seasoning
- 1-2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Bake the chicken with some seasoning.
Mix Everything else is a pan and heat until it is brought to a boil. Bring down heat to a light simmer.
When chicken is complete, let cool for 10 min, dice up and add to the stew.
Simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
