- 4 T Dijon mustard
- 2 T water or vegetable oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
- Lemon wedges and fresh herb sprigs for garnish
In large bowl or plastic bag combine mustard, water or oil, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Add chicken, mixing to coat.
Place chicken in a 9x9x2 baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until done. Garnish with lemon and fresh herbs.
