Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
  • 2 Cans Campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 8oz Container Sour Cream
  • 1 8oz block Sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Small amount of milk
  • 1 large container French Fried Onions/halved

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 6 ingredients together, add 1/2 of the french fried onions and put in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Cover with foil. Put in a 400 degree oven for about 40 minutes. Uncover, spread the other half of ff onions on top, bake another 10 minutes or until onions are brown.
Serve with a green salad.
