Easily remove bread from pan using parchment paper as a sling type affair.

Step 1

When baking breads, cut a strip of parchment paper 5-6 inches wide and long enough to line pan plus sufficient length to be able to grab on either side of the pan to lift bread from pan (kinda of like a sling). Place paper horizontally in the pan to use as handles when removing the bread. After greasing the pan lay the paper down, fitting it to the contours of the pan, then lightly spray the paper with Pam leaving enough paper on each side to be able to use as handles to lift bread from pan.
