Casserole - Taters HB 'CornFlakes

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Thawed Frozen Hash Browns (2 lbs)
  • 1 med. Onion - finely chopped
  • 6 Tbs Margarine - melted
  • 1 lbs Sour Cream
  • 8 oz. Cheddar or Colby Cheese - shredd
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • Cornflakes - crushed
  • 5 Tbs Margarine - melted
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

- In a 13x9" baking pan, make a single layer of the following: Potatoes, Onions, 6 Tbsp Margarine, Sour Cream, Cheese & Soup.

-Sprinkle top w' Cornflakes. Drizzle 4 Tbsp Margarine over top. Season w' Salt & Pepper

-Bake @ 350 deg. for 1 hour or until bubbly & piping hot
