ORANGE CHEESECAKE

Ingredients

• 2 pkg Cream Cheese
• 1/2 c Honey
• 1/4 c Orange Juice
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 3 Eggs
• 1 tsp Lemon Rind
• 2 tsp Orange Rind
• TOPPING
• 1 1/2 c Sour Cream
• 3 tbsp Honey
• 1 tbsp Orange Juice

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 250°
2. Beat all ingredients except the toppings.
3. Bake at 250° for 15 minutes. Then at 200° for 11/2 hours.
4. Mix topping and apply to cheesecake.
