banana cake

Ingredients

• preheat oven to 350degrees
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 4 tbsp sour cream
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 cup mashed banana (2 1/2)
• 1 1/2 cup cake flour (not self rising)
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

cream butter and sugar, add eggs, very lightly beaten and the soda dissolved in sour cream
beat well, add bananas,flour, salt and vanilla; mix well
bake in greased and floured tube pan for 35-45 minutes
