Ingredients

• 1 large can sugar plum tomatoes
• 1/2 can star tomato paste
• 1/2 c hot water
• 4 tbs. olive oil
• 1 lb. ground round
• 1 1/2 lbs. ricotta
• 3/4 lb sausage
• 1 1/2 lbs Florence bread lasagna
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 stalk celery, diced
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

make like spaghetti sauce. cook 1 hour. then put in layers starting with sauce. lasagna-Parmesan cheese, sauce mozzarella, ricotta.
