Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter/margarine
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Make a well in center.

In another bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Add milk and vanilla. Mix. Pour into well. Stir just enough to moisten.

Fold in blueberries. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes until browned and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
