Ingredients

• 2 cups water
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 cups flour
• 8 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

water, butter-bring to a boil in 1 or 2 qt pan.

add 2 cups flour all at once, stir til it forms a ball over low heat.

add eggs one at a time

drop 3/4 tsp at a time in oil
