Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups flour
- 8 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
water, butter-bring to a boil in 1 or 2 qt pan.
add 2 cups flour all at once, stir til it forms a ball over low heat.
add eggs one at a time
drop 3/4 tsp at a time in oil
