Ingredients
- 4-5 cups boiled brown rice
- onions
- 1 stick butter
- 2 pork chops, shredded
- 4-5 eggs
- milk
- 1/4 soy sauce - to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions in a pan with butter until onions become transparent.
Add shredded pork, and rice to pan.
Beat eggs and milk in a bowl and add to rice mixture; stir.
Add soy sauce.
Stir and serve.
