Step 1

peel potatoes then slice thinly put in greased casserole dish. add sliced onions about 2 or 3 tbsp butter salt & pepper sprinkle enough flour to cover potatoes. repeat order until casserole is 3/4 full. Pour milk over potatoes until just about totally covered. bake at 300 for 2 or 3 hours.
