Ingredients
- 3 pkg fat free cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 15 oz pumpkin puree
- 1/2 c low fat maple or vanilla yogurt
- 2 Tbs all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp maple or rum flavoring
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 and assemble spring form pan
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
3. Beat in eggs one at a time
4. Blend in pumpkin, yogurt flour, cinnamon, ginger, maple flavoring, and vanilla extract
5. Pour into prepared pan
6. Bake until outer rim until puffy and center is slightly wobbly (1 hour and 10 min)
7. Remove oven and run knife around side to loose
8. Let stand at room temp for 30 min
9. Refrigerate warm cake until cold
10. Cover and cool for at least 4 hours
11. Remove 1 hour before serving
