Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) packaged cooked egg noodles
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushies
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
- Bring a Lrg. pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook to al dente, per directions; drain. Preheat oven to 275 deg F.
- Melt butter in a Lrg. heavy skillet, Saute mushrooms for 1 minute. Season with salt & pepper, and stir in turkey, soup, and sour cream. Place cooked noodles in a 9x13: baking dish. Pour sauce mixture evenly over the top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
-Back in preheated over for 20 to 25 mins., or until sauce is bubbling.
