CHERRY NUT COOKIE

Ingredients

• 3/4 c Shortening
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 /c Splenda
• 1/2 c Brown Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1/4 c Cherries, chopped
• 1/2 c Nuts, your choice
• 2 c Flour
• 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/2 tsp Cream Tartar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream all ingredients, adding nuts and cherries last.
2. Roll in 1” balls and drop on cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
