Ingredients
- crust
- 2 cups crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 4 T sugar
- cheese mixture
- 3-8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup "HOT" milk
- 1 10 1/2 oz mini marshmallows
- 1 13 1/2 oz coolwhip
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
bread crumbs, melted butter and sugar-put into 9 x 13 pan. bake 8-10 minutes 350.
cool before pouring in cheese mixture
marshmallows in large mixer and beat 10 min.Add softened cream cheese and juice. beat 5 minutes longer. Fold in cool whip. pour into pan and refrigerate overnight.
