eclair cake

Ingredients

  • filling:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pkgs instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • cool whip
  • chocolate syrup

Preparation

Step 1

cook until boil-water and margarine. remove from heat and add 1 cup flour(do not sift) and 4 eggs(one at a time). beat after each egg. spread on a greased 14 x 15 cookie sheet. bake 30 minutes at 375. cool

instant vanilla pudding and milk-beat together. add an 8 oz pkg cream cheese. beat well.

spread on cooled crust. top with cool whip and drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
