Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Cup Green Pepper, chopped
- 1 Cup Onion, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tsp Salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tsp (or more) Worchestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Thyme or Marjoram or both
- 3 Cups water
- 1 1/2 Cups uncooked Rice
- 1 to 2 Cups chopped Chicken or Turkey
- 1 to 2 Cups cubed cooked Ham

Step 1
Heat oil and cook green pepper, onion, and garlic until tender. Stir in seasonings and water and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix in meats. Bring to a boil and add rice. Again bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 25 minutes or until rice is done.
