Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 - 200 g pkg Christie Chocolate Wafers
- red or green food colouring (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Whip cream, adding sugar and vanilla. Colour if desired. Spread about 1 tsp whipped cream on each chocolate wafer and stack in groups of 6. Place stacks end to end on a serving plate to form a log. Frost top and sides with remaining whipped cream. Decorate with chocolate curls, grated chocolate or candied cherries. Chill at least 4 hours. Cut into 8-10 diagonal slices.
