Pizza Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
  • 1 can (16oz tomatoes)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 tsp oregano leaves
  • 1 pkg (4oz) sliced pepperoni
  • 1 pkg (4oz) shredded mozarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400.

Empty scalloped potatoes slices along with packet of seasonings into 2 qt casserole dish.

Heat tomatoes, water and oregano to boiling; stir into potatoes.

Arrange pepperoni on top and sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes
