Bananna/Pineapple Desert

Ingredients

  • 2 cup graham crackers (crushed)
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 or 5 banannas
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple
  • cool whip or dream whip
  • nuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together: 2 cups graham crackers (crushed), 1 stick margarine and 1/4 cup white sugar and chill 2 hours.

Mix 10 minutes on high: 1 stick oleo(softened not melted) 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoon vanilla.

Slice 4 or 5 banannas and dip in pineapple juice (this will keep them from turning brown). Drain can of crushed pineapple.

Layer: 1. graham cracker crust
2. egg mixture
3. banannas cut lengthwise
(after dipping in pineapple juice)
4. pineapple (drained)
5. cool whip or dream whip
6. nuts or graham cracker crumbs
on top.

Keep refrigerated.
