Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

1.In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon; add butter then mix well.
2.Press mixture firmly into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before filling.
Makes crust for 1 (9-inch) pie.
