Ingredients
- 4 large carrots
- 3 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 tsp orange juice
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cut carrots in long narrow strips. Combine all ingredients except salt and microwave for 30 seconds until margarine melts. Stir in carrots until well coated. Cover and cook on high for 5-8 minutes, stir once half way through cooking time. Stir in salt if desired.
