Flan

To caramelize sugar, heat in skillet on med-high to high heat, stirrig constantly. Remove from heat as soon as the color resembles caramel and immediately pour into glass container.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar - caramelized
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
  • 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Pour caramelized sugar in a glass bowl. Beat all ingreadients together and pour over sugar. Put in pan of water and cook at 350 F for 55 minutes.

Flip upside down to serve.
