Ingredients
- 8 (6") flour tortillas
- 6 Tb. tomato sauce
- 1 can (3 oz.) jalapenos, or green chilies
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 Tb. chopped fresh parsley, or cilantro
- ground black pepper
- 4 Tb. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Wrap tortillas in foil and warm in the oven for 10 minutes; then remove. Increase oven temperature to 375 degrees. Arrange tortillas on two nonstick baking sheets. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over each tortilla. Sprinkle jalapenos, garlic, parsley, and black pepper over the sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
