Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups maple syrup (boiled 5 minutes)
- 8 slices of bread buttered (two day old bread is perfect)
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 ½ cups milk
- nutmeg to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Dip and wet the bread in the boiled syrup.
Beat eggs with milk and muscade.
Place bread in a rectangle plan and poor the eggs mixture over.
Cook at 325 for 50-60 minutes
