BREAD PUDDING (Mae)

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups maple syrup (boiled 5 minutes)
  • 8 slices of bread buttered (two day old bread is perfect)
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • nutmeg to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Dip and wet the bread in the boiled syrup.
Beat eggs with milk and muscade.
Place bread in a rectangle plan and poor the eggs mixture over.
Cook at 325 for 50-60 minutes
