Lemon Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 4 C. Brussels Sprouts
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Grated Lemon Rind
  • Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Trim brussels sprouts, & cook in lg. saucepan of boiling, salted water. Cover & simmer till tender-crisp, ( approx. 6 min. ) Drain & chill in cold water; drain well. Cut in half & return to pan. Add butter, lemon rind, lemon juice, salt & pepper; heat, tossing till butter is melted. Serve
