Cherry Cheese Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 2 , 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 small box vanilla wafers
• 1 large can cherry pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Beat in one egg at a time until creamy Put cupcake papers in muffin pan. Fill each with a vanilla wafer on bottom Fill halfway with cheese filling. Top with 1 or 2 teaspoons cherry pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees at least 20 minutes. Cool in the refrigerator overnight.
