Creamy Parmesean Salmon Fillet

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh chives minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 aqua star salmon fillet thawed

Step 1
1) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2) In a small bowl combine all ingredients except the salmon and mix well.
3) Spread mayonnaise mixture over the top of the salmon covering all of the meat.
4) Place salmon skin side down, on a parchment lined baking sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes until the fish flakes with a fork and the topping is golden brown.
