Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups onion chopped
- 2 cups celery chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 2 4oz cans mushrooms
- 12 cups slightly dry bread cubes
- 1 t poultry seasoning
- 1/2 t salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 t sage
- 1 t thyme
- 1/2 t marjoram
- 2 1/2 cups chidken broth
- 2 eggs beaten

Preparation
Step 1
saute onion, celery, parsley, and mushrooms in butter
Pour over bread cubes in a very large mixing bowl. Add all seasoning and toss well. Pour in enough broth to moisten; add beaten eggs and mix well. Pack lightly into Crock-pot, cover; cook on high 45 minutes then reduce to low 4 to 8 hours.
