Sour Cream Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 8oz sour cream
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/2 fine dry bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 2 tbsp parsley
• 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp dijon style mustard
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 1/2 # lean ground beef
• 0.75 oz pkg brown gravy

Preparation

Step 1

combine above in large bowl

1/2 cup sour cream added to meat mixture
add beef. Put into loaf pan.

350 for one hour

For gravy:
add rest of sour cream to dry mix and add water as called for on the package.
