Apple Crisp

Ingredients
- 6-8 apples, peeled cored, sliced
- 1 stick butter (1/4 cup)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon (more if darker colour desired)
- whipped cream or vanilla ice cream

Step 1
Preheat oven 350
Mix together butter, flour, sugars, using knive cutting through mixture until looks like crumbs
Place apples in 8 x 8 pan
Pour crumbs over top then sprinkle with cinnamon
Cover with foil and bake til apples cooked, 45 minutes
Remove foil to brown crumbs during last 10 - 15 min
