Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 package chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter in a 2 quart saucepan.
Heat and stir over medium heat to boiling.
Boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in chips.
Heat, stirring constantly until chips are melted.
Stir in vanilla and nuts.
Pour into a buttered 8" square pan.
Chill until firm.
