Ginger Snaps

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Butter
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Molasses
  • 4 Cups Flour
  • 2 Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 2 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 Ts. Cloves
  • 2 Tsp. Ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything together. Roll into balls. Dip into sugar. Place on un-greased cookies sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 F for 12 minutes or until edges are starting to set.
