  • 3 oz pkg of strawberry jello
  • 1 1/2 c boiling water
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 10 oz thawed strawberries
  • 12 oz cool whip
  • 1 angle food cake

Preparation

Step 1

dissolve 3oz pkg of strawberry jello in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water. Stir in 1Tbsp sugar and 10 oz of thawed strawberries. Chill until syrupy. Break one angle food cake into small pieces. Fold 12 oz cool whip into fruit mixture. In a pan, layer cake, and fruit mixture. Chill.
