Ingredients
- 115 grams (4 oz) butter
- 200 grams (7 02) flour
- 1/4 cup vanilla sugar
- 65 grams (2 1/4 oz) ground walnuts
- 100 grams (3 1/2 oz) sugar
- Jam for center of cookies
Preparation
Step 1
Place butter, flour, sugar and nuts onto a breadboard and use a pastry cutter to mix the ingredients until they stkk together. Sprinkle board with sugar to prevent sticking and roll out dough as thin as possible. Cut out dough with a glass into circles and place onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 F. until done. In a bowl mix vanilla sugar and regular sugar together. Spread jam on one cookie and cover it with another cookie and coat with sugar mix.
