Asian Noodle Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Almonds ; sliced
  • 8 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 7 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Canola Oil
  • 16 ounce Coleslaw mix
  • 2 package Ramon noodles ; broken up-throw away seasoning packet.

Preparation

Step 1

In a skillet over medium low to medium heat, toast almonds and sesame seeds until light brown.

In a small bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Whisk in oil.

In a large bowl combine coleslaw mix and Ramen noodles. Add contents of small bowl and mix well. Toss in almonds and seeds just before serving.
