Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place butter in pancake pan. Heat in oven for 2 minutes, until melted. Spread around pan.
Mix eggs slightly. Stir in flour, sugar and salt. Gradually add milk - beat until smooth. Pour into pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 40-45 minutes longer until golden brown.
Loosen pancake and slide onto serving plate. Top with fresh fruit and confectioners sugar.
