Old Dutch Pancake

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Milk ; 1 percent
  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 Lemon ; cut into wedges

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In blender, mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar and nutmeg.

Place butter in pan - place in oven to melt (2-5 minutes).

Carefully pour in egg mixture. Bake 15-18 minutes until puffy and brown.

Cut into wedges. Dust with sugar and serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over hot pancake.
