Ingredients
- 1 pound Pecans
- 1 each Egg white
- 1 teaspoon Cold water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans and mix well. Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon in a zip lock bag and mix well. Add pecans and mix well.
Butter cookie sheet and spread pecans on it. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes while baking.
