Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, soft
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 cups AP flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 + cup chocolate chips
- Nonstick cooking spray

Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
Using a mixer, beat butter until smooth. Beat in white and brown sugars, little at a time, until mix is light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla and pumpkin puree.
In a large bowl, whisk together - flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves. Slowly beat the flour mix into the batter in thirds. Stir in choc chips.
Scoop cookie dough onto sheets by heaping tablespoon. Bake for 15-20 min. or until browned on edges. Let rest before removing with spatula to wire rack.
