Ingredients
- FILLING:
- 2 1/2 2 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter
- Mix graham wafer crumbs and 1/2 cup butter and bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Let cool.
- 2 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg gelatin
- 2 tins crushed pineapple

Step 1
Spread filling over baked graham wafer crumbs.
Whip 1 pint whipping cream and mix in 1 tbsp. king sugar. Keep in fridge until ready
to serve.
