PINEAPPLE CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients

• FILLING:
• 2 1/2 2 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
• 1/2 cup butter
• Mix graham wafer crumbs and 1/2 cup butter and bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Let cool.
• 2 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 cups icing sugar
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 pkg gelatin
• 2 tins crushed pineapple

Preparation

Step 1

Spread filling over baked graham wafer crumbs.
Whip 1 pint whipping cream and mix in 1 tbsp. king sugar. Keep in fridge until ready
to serve.
