Garlic Fries

Ingredients
- 4 tsp. canola oil
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 lb. potatoes, cut 1/4" strips
- Cooking spray
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 8 garlic cloves, minced, about 5 tsps.
- 2 tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Combine first 3 ingredients in large zip lock bag. Toss to coat.
Arrange potatoes in single layer on coated cooking sheet. Bake for 50 min. or until potatoes are a golden brown.
Place butter and garlic in large non-stick skillet, cook over low heat for 2 min., add potatoes, parsley, cheese to pan. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
