    16oz package pound cake mix

  • 1 1/4

    cup eggnog

  • 2

    lrg eggs

  • 1/2

    tsp nutmeg

  • 1/2

    tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Beat all ingredients together at low speed with electric mixer until blended. Increase speed to medium and beat additional 2 minutes. Pour into lightly greased 9x5 load pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack and cool completely (about 1 hour) before cutting.
