FROZEN PEPPERMINT CHEESECAKE

Ingredients

• 11/4 cup chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 pkg (250 f.) cream cheese, softened
• Red food colouring (OPTIONAL)
• 1 cup "EAGLE BRAND" sweetened condensed milk
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
• 1 cup crushed peppermint candy

Preparation

Step 1

Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter Press onto bottom and three quarters of the way up the side of 9 inch spring form pan.
