POTATO PEEL CRISPS

Ingredients

  • Reserve the peels from baked
  • raw or boiled potatoes and cut them into 3x1” strips

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange the strips in one layer on a buttered baking dish, dot them with unsalted butter using 1 tablespoon for each cup of peels and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Bake the peels in a preheated 450 degree oven for 5-25 minutes or until they are very crisp.
