Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1/4 # Margarine
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 cup Sour Cream (1/2 Pint)
• 2 cups Flour
• 1/4 teas. Salt
• 1 teas. Baking Powder
• 1 teas. Baking Soda
• 2 Eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Cream margarine and sugar.

Add eggs and beat well.

Combine rest of ingredients - add alternately with sour cream

Mix 1/4 cup sugar, nuts and 1 teas. cinnamon.

Add 1/2 mixture to batter.

Pour into oiled tube pan

Sprinkle last 1/2 over top of cake

Bake 350 for 30 minutes
